This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy on eligible purchases of our online courses, ebooks, and digital products.To be eligible for a refund:The request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.The student must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice/transaction ID).Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.If the student has consumed or downloaded a significant portion of the course or ebook.For live sessions, mentorship programs, or workshops once they have been attended.If the student has violated our Terms & Conditions (such as misuse of content or sharing with others).
3. Cancellation Policy
Since our products are primarily digital (ebooks, online courses, recorded lectures), once purchased, they cannot be cancelled after successful payment.For mentorship programs or live sessions, cancellations may be considered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
